Hi, I’m Amir. Welcome to Thrive to thrive. :)

Amir completed his school and academic training with focus on mechanical engineering, equipment engineering and IT in Bosnia Herzegovina, Austria, Finland and Australia. He has several years of professional experience in the areas of research & development and teaching, management consulting, course management, product management as well as quality assurance and technical documentation & support in special machine construction. Most recently, Amir worked as a senior lecturer and researcher in the field of robotics. Despite the strong technical background, Amir has learned that different teams approach work in various ways especially when team members have different cultural backgrounds. One of his interesting observations is that the behaviour of team members often depends on the team composition. With this in mind he studied group work over 10 years and made several studies in Australia and Europe. Human factors and personal growth are certainly the main characteristics that improve everything inside you but also around you. It’s time to focus on developing humans rather than technology.
